‘ condemns the actions of those in ministerial office who breached public guidance and failed to share in the sacrifice that we have asked of others; implores members of the public to stay with us and to continue acting in accordance with the regulations in order to keep each other safe and prevent further deaths; recommits to upholding the spirit and the letter of the COVID-19 regulations and the related public health guidance; and calls on the deputy First Minister and the Minister of Finance, having failed to apologise for their actions, which have caused immense hurt, to resign.

‘is deeply concerned with the disproportionate response from the PSNI in policing gatherings throughout this crisis; notes in particular the treatment of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic protestors in Belfast and the North West on 6 June 2020, many of whom were fined, cautioned and threatened with prosecution for taking part in socially distant protests; expresses its dismay at the abundance of examples of disproportionate policing toward other gatherings, some of which included Executive Ministers; is opposed to discrimination in all of its forms and resolves that there cannot be one law for politicians and another for the black and minority ethnic community; and calls for all fines, cautions and threats of prosecution against Black Lives Matter protestors, arsing from 6 June, 2020 to be dropped immediately.
